About Us

The Barker Consortium

The consortium chosen to work on the Net Zero Accelerator Programme Pathfinder is led by Barker Associates; a leading consultancy, which provides decarbonisation strategy, technical advice and large-scale delivery of decarbonisation retrofit programmes to the education sector.

Barker has combined its skills and experience in a consortium with six other leading companies, all of which are currently working extensively with the schools’ sector in the arena of decarbonisation, energy management and behavioural change management. These companies regularly work together as the TEEAM Alliance. The roles and responsibilities of each company within the consortium are outlined below:

Let’s Go Zero

Project responsibility: Educational support and behavioural change

Let’s Go Zero is a national campaign, aimed at empowering schools to take charge of their environmental impact and achieve zero carbon emissions by the year 2030 launched by the climate action charity Ashden.

Ashden’s mission is to accelerate transformative climate solutions and build a more just world by supporting climate innovations in the UK.
